Would have given a big 0 if the option was available. These people consider themselves better than the likes of Lenskart but don't have any sense of talking or how to serve customers. They sell overpriced products which are of average quality. Bought 2 pairs from them, though the lenses were my own they charged me 2k for that! And on the top of it had to get them repaired twice beacuse of problems in the product. They claim to be very experienced but have 0 knowledge! Learn to serve customers.

man who sit on the shop, dont have sense of talking to the girls and ladies who come to the shop and he literally abuse even to his repeat customers. stop going on his shop. such a shame we had used his shop for small purchase.
