Long waiting times. Doctor taking up Operations during opd times,patients keep waiting.. Should have seperate window for operations and opd.

Eye testing was done in a proper manner... Cleanliness is very good... Staff behaviour is also good... Went for a normal eye checkup (glass number and some consultation)... Everything was fine upto this level...
