Big and busy working bank. Good staff. I didn't face any delay collection my debit card or cash withdrawal. Nice building and infrastructure. Sevice is good. Downside is they behave differently with poor people and different with rich people.

I had 4 account in 4 different banks but this bank worst service as I ever experienced in banks.i visited banks 6 times but they didn't resolve that issues . Staff is in such arrogant and does not ready to help the customer always trying to way a not to help the customer

Our is a strange experience with this bank despite not being customers nor account holders at this bank. A person in name of mr satinder who is apparently the deputy gm of the bank has opened a current account for someone else and used our phone number. The account holders address is in dilshad garden but even the cheque book has reached us at the other corner of ncr. How did this person get our number and address and and why did he open someone elses account with our details? In addition he was constantly calling us and forcing us to have accepted the cheque book. He was rude and obnoxious to talk to. Does the bank not ensure the kyc details before opening accounts. And when address is somewhere else how is the courier coming elsewhere. We had to go to the nearest icici bank to find out what was going on. To our shock someone had actually opened an account with our number. What was even more shocking the person forcing us to collect the cheque book was a deputy gm of icici bank raj nagar ghaziabad branch mr satinde.r Strange bank .
