Worst place ever for your appliance service needs. The technician will come uninformed, has no knowledge of appliance and go back. And inform the supervisor that jobs done. And the supervisor gracefully accepts it. Without double checking with the customer. I recommend getting product serviced directly from company where the technician comes from the headquarters.

Purchased one chimney in 2018. AMC for service was created in Jul'2019. No service extended till Dec'2019. On enquiry, it was found that AMC details not entered in Computer. Finally, date & time was fixed for servicing. Service engineer turned up late by 3 hrs and that too during lunch hours. Unprofessional attitude.
