Their commitments have zero value. The staff is also very Rude. They promise to deliver the product on the time but failed to do so. They stopped answering any calls! Kept on lying for days when my order was delayed! Very very horrible place Extremely rude and arrogant staff!

Super pathetic! Don’t ever order any upholstery fabric from this place! Once they get the order they’ll stop taking your calls and you’ll be left hanging for weeks! Very Arrogant staff. Specially Mr. Kamal is Extremely irresponsible and arrogant. They failed to fulfill the order and then ignored picking any of our calls! Even after 30 calls a day, for a week, there was no response. Don’t buy anything from this store. I’ll never recommend anyone to visit this store..

Their commitment level is zero. The staff Kamal is also very Rude. They promise to deliver the product on the time but failed to do so. It happened twice with me and one of my neighbours. And also the team refused that they gave any commitment on time. Even if you can't finish your job on time still you should be polite but these guys make the customers feel guilty. And say Mam we can't force you to come here again in future, it's your wish.
