1.It charges extra for credit card usage.Not acceptable in today's time when cashless payments are being encouraged all around. 2. And apart from this, the general behaviour of the staff there is not as expected of a regular shop.Apparently because of the captive/assured customers it is getting in the form of DPSG Ghaziabad etc. students/parents,arrogance has crept into their behaviour. 3. They make one feel that one is being obliged by them by selling us various items there. The school administration should also take care of such aspects. 4. The shop is located in a basement structure where there is a general problem of weak signal.This becomes another impediment towards online payments. 5. And practically speaking,this is not the only shop in Ghaziabad stocking DPSG etc books etc. which can be made use of.
