Very uncooperative staff and doctors, especially Dr. Gurinderjot Singh. Interacts very rudely with the patients and doesn't attend to them correctly if the tests are not done from the hospital. Also Dr Gurinderjot disobeys the hospital managements request as well. We had visited him and prescribed a CT scan. We took the CT scan reports after 2-3 days to show it to him and reacted angrily at reports which were not from hospital. We discussed this matter with hospital management and they requested the doctor to attend our patient but Dr. Gurinderjot denied. Reception staff does not give accurate information when contacted on call. We asked the staff for how many days after consultation can we show the reports to the doctor without new billing. They told us 3 days. When we visited after 3 days they said we meant 3 days including day of first consultation. Even after their own fault, they couldn't convince the doctor to attend to the patient. Worst doctor, worst experience.

The only department our family has consulted is gynecologist. And doctor Shashi Arora is a real genius. Whatever be the case Shashi Arora has a cure. A brilliant doctor is hard to find but our hard work paid off and eventually our family have been blessed with a baby boy.
Yashoda Hospital Nehru Nagar Ghaziabad have the best doctors in town. The hospital provides all the necessary facilities and takes care of every patient individually. The doctors help in every aspect and come on daily visits. The staff is really helpful and cooperative. And they maintain proper hygiene standards carefully. Moreover, the canteen and eateries are well maintained with necessary and healthy food items.
I like the hospital very much, the staff is very good. They always corporate with us, they give nice services to my patient. I will recommend other patient to come here and take treatment in yashoda Hospital.
