Friendly team willing to assist with our older cheaper bicycles. Covid has seriously affected this outlet as there is a massive shortage of bicycles and stock, but the staff are all positive and excited about the future and serving all of us.

Thanks Giant Newport pagnell for making this possible. I was desperate for a bike as present for my brother, who so so wanted a giant gravel bike and cannot find it anywhere. The staff put all the efforts possible to help and they totally nailed it. My local bike shop from now on in Milton Keynes.

Visited the Giant store in Newport Pagnell today asking for a very specific spacer for my cassette, a man name Phil was extremely helpful and straight away sorted me out with what I needed. He answered all the questions we had as well. Would really recommend a visit for any bike needs!!

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. Went in to see Phil in the workshop about my chain slips with an old Giant SCR. He did his best to explain to me what was going wrong and gave me a few tips on how I could improve my riding style to avoid any issues. After a few tweaks he resolved the issue and charged me the minimum price and sent me on my way. No chain slips since that visit and I've really started enjoying cycling again without the awkward stops in the middle of traffic. Cheers Phil!

My partner bought a couple of electric bikes LIV couple of months ago and I couldn't be happier! They are absloutely great and when we came back to have them checked over the staff was very helpful. I live in the other side of Milton Keynes but this will be my local bike shop definitely worth the journey.

I'd like to share my experience in this place. I usually review only restaurants but this bike shop is truly one of a kind, and I've been in many. The staff REALLY cares about their customer and even though they were busy at the workshop they repaired my bike while I was waiting, and send me back on my way home. I actually purchased a winter jacket since I was underdressed for the weather and freezing. Life savers.
