Having recently moved to Lititz from another state I was, of course, needing to establish new property, casualty and general liability personal insurance. My research identified a number of very reputable agencies in and around Lititz. I made inquiries to three and all came back promptly with very professional and competitive proposals. Then a friend asked if I had inquired with Gibbel Insurance here in town. I had not, so I used their website to request a proposal. I soon received a phone call from Ethan who asked questions that gave him more details of my situation but also indicated he wanted to make sure he would have products that would offer a competitive proposal, which would be my fourth to consider. When I received Ethan's proposal soon after our phone call, it was clear that he had thoughtfully considered all of our personal insurance needs and proposed a company and products that were even more competitive than the others I had previously received. I then researched the company he was proposing which confirmed they were in good standing with their business practices and customer service in the community. I can recommend the Gibbel agency without hesitation.
