I had an appt. At the Strstford location for a flu shot. When I arived I was ignored and left standing at the counter. As someone handicapped with spinal injuries this was a problem.finally a clerk came over. Rudely said they had no vaccines & to reschedule. I explained I had an online spot & showed her my confirmation. She never offered to contact other locations but walked away. This was the last straw after other such issues. Fortunately, when I got to my car I called Gibbsboro, NJ 's location wg.j o explained all of their vaccines were reserved for scheduled appts. But directed me to the Clementon,NJ store where I received excellent service & received the shot the same day. With limited painful mobility THIS WAS IMPORTANT AS i rarely go into any stores .my daughter has had similar problems at the Stratford CVS so we are changing stores. We had contacted the parent company with no response prior to this.
