Had covid jab .excellent practice very organized, felt safe covid safe. Plenty of volunteers and parking marshels well done to all involved with this

Dr Skipp as well as many of the other doctors here are brilliant. This morning I had a telephone consultation and there wasn't anything that was too much trouble for Dr Skipp, she was able to get in touch with my other private doctor to liase regarding medications and I was able to collect the tablets a few hours later. We all need more Dr's like Dr Skipp! Thanks again.

Occasionally difficult to get an appointment but it is no worse than any other overstretched NHS practice. Staff are lovely and I am happy with my kids treatment!

Practice seems a bit over-burdened with patients, but what can you expect from an NHS operation? Staff and the care received is a bit slow at times but more importantly - the staff are always willing to help and seem to get things done eventually. Attitudes from staff toward me have improved significantly over the past year or so, as before then I felt like I was being brushed off time and again which has evidently not been the case, again - for the past 12 months or so. A bit difficult to make an appointment sometimes, but I was told of a workaround by a receptionist which was very helpful... Practice manager 'Gill Collins' is very helpful and responds favourably to reasonable requests. Has also sent me the odd letter on her behalf which is great as I wouldn't expect that from such a busy person. Every doctor I have seen has been better than those that I have seen several years ago previously, at 'Garforth Medical Centre' with the exception of Dr. Townsend. All in all; reliable and caring but could do with better efficiency.
