Artistic Landscaping is great! Initially, I left a voicemail inquiring about the services my husband and I were looking for. I unfortunately missed their return call. However, the company proactively did an estimate from the road and provided it for us! We were so impressed with them and their service quote! We didn’t hesitate to schedule, and they didn’t hesitate to get us scheduled! We had 4 huge trees that line so it driveway and power lines removed. The foreman and his crew arrived promptly and worked until they ran out of daylight. They returned the next day to finish the stump grinding and removal. They were professional and efficient! They even interacted with our 19 month old who was fascinated watching from the window! Great work, great company!

Incredibly unprofessional and dangerous. They botched removing a tree for my neighbor landing it in two additional yards and doing damage. Their foreman (Murphy) refused to talk to us and then threatened us when we asked them to talk to us before they continued work on our property. They did a shoddy job cleaning up the mess and acted like they were doing us a favor. One foreman said the crew was doing \too good\ of a job and told him to quit clearing brush. This is how they \fixed\ our fence they destroyed and just said \it'll grow back\ when I complained about the trees they destroyed. The foreman and their job managers were rude, using foul language in ear shot of our kids. Thankfully they weren't in the yard when the tree came down. We had to go through insurance to resolve it because they thought what they did was good enough, even though it was dangerous. Looking forward to having a proper company fix it in the spring. After reply: I would have to say the owner's reply is nothing like what we experienced through this whole ordeal. Had we ever been treated as kindly as this message sounds, I would have been more than pleased. I believe the photos of the epairs\ speak for themselves regarding my displeasure with the work. The crews just shoved brush around on our property, never asked if we were happy with the work, and Murphy came up on our porch with a raised fist, carrying a chainsaw. I had to call the police. Your solution to that was to move him to less stressful jobs. They planned to still charge my neighbors for the removal and I had to ask 3 times for the insurance binder they are so proud of, only receiving it after I said I would take legal action. Now I am going back and forth with the insurance company and have to get everything done right on my own. I didn't even hire them, and I suggest no one else does either. There are a lot of great tree services who wouldn't pull this on people.

I have been so pleased using Artistic Tree. I have had several trees removed and the crew is always professional. When they are done you do not know the tree even existed. I have also used Artistic for landscaping. From the design to the final product everything went smoothly and I love my backyard. I highly recommend Artistic.

Artistic has done many jobs for us. Laid out walkways, a patio, cut down trees and just completed a wall and walkway in our driveway. They do excellent work that's why we keep bringing them back. Mike is amazing and really knows how to create beauty.
