We came into the Gibsonia store today around 4:30pm and had Elizabeth as our salesperson. She is absolutely delightful! She was so well versed in everything about all of the mattresses available as well as gave us excellent advice about what we were looking for and needed. She made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable, as well as just having a very fun and bubbly personality. She made such an amazing impression that as soon as we left the store I said “We have to write a review about her.” She just made the overall process very easy and enjoyable, and I had to make sure someone heard about it. I was also extremely pleased with the variety in the store and the wonderful Black Friday deal I received. Kudos to Elizabeth, she’s the best!

An easy transaction, the sales person, Maria tappe was very helpful. Maria, showed me many options of king sized beds and recommended what she thought that I was looking for. The total, transaction took no more than 15 minutes. No pressure no hassles.

Frequently drive past this place. I finally went in only to find the most helpful salesperson (Tom) and the very best deal on a mattress and adjustable base. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS UNTIL YOU CHECK THERE! What I bought was not even on the floor (Purple 3 hybrid). It was hundreds less than the Purple website or any other store.
