I needed to replace ten year old tires on a new-to-me used car. The staff at Coastal Tire took the time to explain the options available and suggested what they felt would be the best fit for my vehicle. The tires arrived within 48 hours; the installation staff in the shop were efficient, respectful, polite and even had a sense of humour! The new tires made a world of difference to the car's ride, and cost hundreds of dollars less than the quote from the dealership in Vancouver. I will definitely be returning to Coastal tire, not only for tires, but also for all of my routine automotive maintenance needs in the future. Professional and respectful service, competent staff, reasonable prices.......why would anyone go anywhere else?

A big thanks to these guys, they fit me into a busy day to help me fix my motorcycle flat. I managed to get home in time for dinner thanks to their assistance.
Jason and his team at CT are the best I've ever encountered not only on the coast but I'd have to say in my entire 35 years of maintaining and having repairs done on vehicles. Even if you have a brand new vehicle, their state of the art diagnostic equipment and red seal mechanics are fast and thorough and they'll save you a ton of money (you might even be tempted to give Jason a hug, I personally couldn't help myself).
Everyone was booked solid, them as well. But they offered to throw it on the lift to help me make a more educated decision about getting our work truck back on the ferry and to the mainland. Ended up saving the day, great team. Would give them 6 stars if I could.
