Before CrossFit I was in the gym using same weights everyday and wasn’t getting results. Since joining CrossFit I have become physically and mentally stronger. It is the most challenging and rewarding experience I have ever encountered. It is such a supportive community and I’m proud to call it my second home!
Joined about 10 weeks ago and so glad I did . The coach's are so great and the transformation your body gets is amazing . You get to workout with a great bunch of people.
When I travel I generally try to drop in at a box, and I was very happy that I did during my visit to the Sunshine Coast. This was one of my best drop-in experiences yet, the coaching staff and members were friendly and very supportive during our WOD. If I'm ever back in Gibson's I would happily go back.
