Nice food!
Was not told about the charge for an extra dish placed on our table without ordering. Dish was not wanted and added an extra 800 yen with tax to the bill. When questioned wait staff labelled it as a 'table charge'. Our meal was sukiyaki. A bit overpriced but taste was ok.
Super bad service! They charged more than we ordered. When we asked to see the order list, they said no and even shouted at me and force me to sign the order! I have never experienced such a rude and terrible service. The waiter is just like savage!
Very very bad service and waiters are so rude. Waiting time is long and they forgot to serve our drink. Food is much more expensive than it worth. Very bad experience and won’t go again.
