Our 'puppy' Bear (131 lbs) has been visiting for 7 1/2 yrs and absolutely loves it ;the staff are wonderful and they love our Bear!

The Bayside staff take such good care of my pups, sometimes they don't want to leave. My pups have never shown any signs of dislike for Bayside. I use this kennel every time I go out of town without them.
Our anxious, barky one year old Sheltie stayed with Bayside for 5 days boarding and she came home her normal, happy, healthy self. I was very nervous as she had never boarded before and would now highly recommend them to anyone.

I docked two stars for two separate reason. I will say the staff that took my dog back from her grooming were very friendly, lots of pet supplies and cost was very decent. However, my girl came out with hair much shorter than I asked for and looking very choppy. She’s an Aussie so shes supposed to have a little bit longer fur and being that she has a double coat going too short can PERMANENTLY damage her coat!! That’s a problem to me. Also docked another star because I asked a couple questions about products in the store and the front desk woman said I don’t know to almost all of them..didn’t make me feel too confident but I was already picking my baby girl up so the damage was already done. I chose this place based on the great reviews but I will not be returning. If you decide to go there then I suggest being extremely specific with pictures and exact measurements how you want your pup to look, if not go back to watch. Why disappointed and I will be updating my review pending the growth of my girls fur.
