I would absolutely use this company again and would recommend them! I have read all the reviews and they are certainly all over the place. I'm a big reviews kind of person. I read multiple reviews before making a decision to use a company. I like the response from the company on the reviews and can read between the lines on the bad reviews. You can't make everyone happy and those that are really mad write horrible reviews. I was referred to A-Quality from a friend and called them to give me a quote on a new AC system. I asked a lot of questions and they were glad to help me make the right decision on the system. Price was a factor for me and their quote was very fair. Daniel and Mark showed up and were absolutely professional and genuinely friendly. I'm so happy with the whole process and with my new AC unit. I just referred them to help my 80 year old aunt. They will be out to her home to install a new unit for her.

Well... Daniel was very professional as far as his demeanor and inspection... Mark was courteous as well on the phone... No complaints there... They came as part of a service call from the warranty company... I'm not happy that basically I shelled out the trade call fee (which I knew I would pay regardless) and he was here for 30 min or so and didn't do ANY work .. just inspected and said he would call the warranty company to see what they would authorize. I asked him to give us options to repair (between the basic repairs and all the way to the full exchange of the entire unit...) never got a call or the estimate of any.. I called and when I finally got Mark he basically said that the warranty company did not authorize the work and they were not interested in doing any work at my unit.. Pretty nice way of making 75 bucks in 30 min for going and taking a look at something and then saying they were not interested in doing the repairs not authorized by the warranty company... even though I said I would pay on my own for the repairs... I guess people that don't want to work don't find work. They may have good reviews.. but if a company says, thx but no thx we don't want your business you make your own mind. ** Update a few days later.... called the warranty company and they said that ALL work and contractors are pre-authorized to do any work up to 500 no questions asked (due to covid they have no way to pre-authorize)... basically this came up to them not wanting to do any work and pocketing 75 bucks for just writing a report.. Called another contractor (highly reviewed in google) and he came to re-inspect without me telling them anything about A Quality.. completely different scenario... NOTHING like what they said needed to be done. A Quality... Scam to keep the trade call fee without doing any work. ***Stay away or get someone else.***

A-Quality lied and defrauded our company. Beware of the company and of the technician Daniel. Our company had an emergency situation with our AC Unit on site. We contacted A-Quality and they came out. They quoted us a price to fix the problem, took our cash, then told us the actual fix would be a much larger issue. I called the owner and asked if I was at home and paid someone 800 to fix a problem and they told me, no that wasn't the problem - we need another 2000, I would be very upset. The worst part is that another company came out 2 hours later and took a video which I've attached- the leak they said was fixed was NOT, and there wasn't a drop of coolant in our system. If they had put any coolant, it could not have escaped that quickly. They quoted and charged 40 per lb of coolant - 11 lbs at 440.00 Even though they didn't add coolant, we learned our unit only takes a max of 8 lbs. Dirty, dishonest tactics all the way around. You have a lot of choices to deal with your AC issues here in the valley, be careful.
