This was our first time here. The staff was so wonderful in explaining the process and letting us sample the sauces to make sure we got what we would like. The atmosphere was great and the establishment clean. The food is light, healthy, filling, and fresh. I wi be back for sure.
Honestly? I’m disappointed. This place use to be amazing. The people that work here probably the laziest workers I have ever seen. The only decent worker is the guy who helped me. I was standing there for at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me! There was someone in the back and they peaked their head out and went back into the back room. They don’t care about their costumers and it’s very obvious. The only reason I’m giving it 2 starts is because I love the food. PLEASE find new workers who care.
It's a fast food semi-Japanese joint similar to a salad bar! Tiny pieces of octopus, tuna, shrimp. Nothing serve hot. All choices are displayed behind polyglass for the customers choosing. Prices are kind of high, bottled water is 1.90. Food is not satisfying. Will I come back here? No I will not. I never ask what ahipoki mean. Fish burrito is more satisfying than the food here.
First time trying and was not disappointed. While the bowls/salads may look small for the price, the options are abundant and super filling. I got half/half regular bowl with spicy tuna and yellow tail, the house sauce, topped with: pickled radish, crab meat, seaseme seeds, masago, cucumber, green onion, and ginger. YUM!
