The staff have no customer engagement. Also selling goods at the bottom price. Relying on quantity over quality. Good for the buyers but not the sellers. Not responsible or trusted sellers for charities

From start to finish a very good and efficient service. The item was as described and delivered at a very reasonable cost. The service received was far better than some of the supposedly 'bigger' auction houses I have had dealings with. Excellent.

The first time I used these guys this week. I make a living buying and selling at auctions so I know the difference between good and mediocre. All I can say is it was excellent from start to finish with no evidence of shilling, which is very rare these days. Special mention to Josh the porter who helped out with the very big oven that wouldnt fit on the van without removing the steamer. Wouldnt hessitate to make another 200 mile round trip if they have the right gear.

After using this company to bid on lots at Fort Paull ......I am left furious. I was unaware that when bidding, the time was not fixed! another could outbid last minute and the time would increase a further 8 minutes...this would continue until one stops bidding. So I increased the bid twice but failed to win. I complained but was told this is how it works. There was nothing on their site to explain this. I presumed when you bid and the hammer goes down that’s it, but timed bidding is very different. When I tried to then bid on another lot where I was outbid, the system failed to accept my bid and I lost that lot. Then I tried to go to ‘my bidder’ to check on further lots I was bidding on, only to find I could not log on to my account. I changed my password, thinking it may be wrong. But I was still blocked! This is no way to run an Auction House. I am now unable to do anything. They have obviously locked my account.
