I am so disappointed in this clinic. My brother has been waiting for an appointment to this facility for months and when he finally arrive to facility he was hooked up to the IV when they told him that since his recent COVID Test was not 3 day before his treatment he had to reschedule. WOW! as if these treatments are not life saving or needed. They rescheduled him out 3 more weeks. They are giving him the run around at this facility and I am so heart broken that they can not empathize with patients like my brother whom are already scared on this journey. They could have given him a COVID Test there and proceeded with his treatments. No Call backs and My brother is still waiting. This Is So Sad.

Thank you to the volunteers! They greet you as you enter the building always with smiles on their faces. They are so helpful and caring. One of the volunteers gave me a tour of the facility, showing me all the different areas that I would be visiting before taking me to my appointment.

When our local oncologist told my wife there was nothing more to be done, Dr Fade Mahmoud not only gave us hope, he gave us another year with her. He and his staff, along with all of the rest of the staff at Banner that we interacted with, were the epitome of compassionate care. Our whole family is grateful for the excellent medical care at Banner. Finding them was a true blessing.

I do not like at all the reason why I'm familiar with Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, but that aside, this place is amazing! Every single staff member I've had contact with has been super professional and very concerned for my well being. Staff that walk by almost always say Hi. And the level of care I've received thus far - in preparation for a clinical trial - has been superior. The facilities are outstanding. Highly recommended if you or a loved one needs the services this place provides.
