What a great outfit! They walked us through measuring and estimating the amount of material we’d be removing, came out to ensure the truck and dumpster would fit into our space, and scheduled our delivery and pickups in a staggered fashion to ensure we’d have time to fill it, but would have another on the way when one was full. Taylyn in the front office was professional and responsive from the start. Paul was so helpful to ensure we estimate correctly to avoid surprises. Tyler was timely, careful moving the equipment around our property, super friendly (even at 7am) and helpful. Great outfit! We highly recommend!

Seriously - if I could give 10 stars I would! I cannot say enough about how top notch these folks are! TAYLAN took my initial inquiry call and was very helpful in explaining their services, recommendations based on our project, and after speaking with her, I knew this was the company that had my business. I have been in customer service for many years, and can tell you this girl is AWESOME!!!! The guys in the field also go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly - TYLER was our driver and delivery professional, and the entire process was perfect - on time, exact placement and clean. Absolutely love BTDT! They’re very professional. We’ve used them twice now and I like the fact that they call the day before pickup to ensure you’re ready for them to get container. It’s a great reminder for when you’re in the “spring” cleaning mode. Will definitely use their services again in the future.
