We are SO happy with the service from Mike today from Collins Comfort!!!! He came to our home and performed an A/C tune-up. This guy knows his stuff! This is our first home in Arizona and so we had tons of questions. He answered them all, shared so many helpful tips, and explained what to look out for. Now we're confident that our unit is in great shape and we feel relieved knowing that if anything does happen in the future, we have a great team to call! Thank you, Mike and Collins Comfort!!

Collins Comfort is awesome. They installed 2 new central air systems. The entire process was painless from estimate, scheduling, and installation. I highly recommend! We had a leak in the wall in our bathroom a leak later. We were scrambling to get someone out. We called Collins and they had someone out in less than an hour. The tech called the restoration company they use and they were out right away. All around great service!
From start to finish well done. Kyle your comfort advisor did a very good job with the quote and helping us in planning to have another vent installed. The installers were on time and did a nice job on everything including clean up. Would use you guys again if I would ever have to buy another a/c unit. Keep up the good work. Thank you. Carl
This company is hands down the best to work with. They are very professional, honest, and will work with you on your situation when dealing with the payment details. We had Eric L. at our house to repair an ac coil and compressor. He explained everything when we had questions and is just a great all around guy with a great personality. This company is very professional and honest. We will definitely be using them again but hopefully in the not so near future.
Jose and Justin installed a mini split system for us. They were respectful of our home and property and cleaned up after themselves. I do wish they would have asked about the pad location. I had two large rocks protecting a spot where our irrigation system comes above ground, and we noticed (after they left) that they moved the rocks aside and laid the pad on top of the exposed irrigation parts. Hopefully we won’t have any issues that require accessing that. Love the product so far, and would do business with this company again, but would just be more observant.
Robert was very knowledgeable and found the problem right away. He fixed it and communicated with us about the condition of our aging unit. He did not try to up sell us or put us in a new unit. This guy was fabulous. We have always had a great experience with Collins Comfort Masters.
Collins Comfort Masters installed a new A/C unit at our house on 4/16/21. Edgar, Mathew and Anthony did a phenomenal job! They went above and beyond their duties to make sure everything was done properly and to our likeness. I would highly recommend this company.
