We recently moved into our new home that came with a "plain dirt" back yard. After contacting several landscaping companies to provide us with ideas/designs and quotes we chose Creative Paradise. From day 1, we felt that Creative Paradise was trying to meet our wants & needs with their ideas and designs and not trying to hard sell us. Their professionalism and follow-through on our project surpassed any expectations we had. Their work crew was punctual, clean and friendly. We cannot thank them enough for their superb workmanship in creating our backyard into a "paradise" to be enjoyed for many years!
I am very satisfied with Creative Paradise. There was a minor issue and really blame myself for it. Will have to discuss with Creative staff. Miguel, one of their landscape designers was great and went over and took measurements and made suggestions. He also took me around the neighborhood and showed me other work they had done. All beautiful landscapes. I honestly believe I have one of the nicest landscapes in my neighborhood. I am satisfied so much so that I plan on having them do my backyard soon. I began my project with ANOTHER company and wasted two months with someone not listening to my budget or communicating timely. I searched outside of our builder recommendation for a better experience and comparison. I searched for hours online for the best company to call as I had already lost so much time with another and did not want to be disappointed again. After calling Creative Paradise I met with a designer, Miguel. He was a breath of fresh air. Miguel listened to every detail of my project request and budget, he was patient and very professional. I did not have to wait for weeks to hear from him. His communication and design was excellent and on target. He met all of my requests within my budget and we were soon on the installation schedule. Once the project started the customer service attention and communication experience continued with Lance and Shane. They provided a talented and hardworking crew and were onsite daily to make sure every details was perfect! I am so impressed with this company and the final result of our backyard. We went from all dirt to a picture perfect living space, at a very fair price.
We had such a great experience with Creative Paradise. We've been searching for almost 2 years and had a hard time finding a company that can handle both design & execution. While most will execute, they don't have an expert to really design. Front start to finish, we were impressed. We made a ton of changes a long the way and during construction and they accommodated all of our needs. Their whole crew works on the project and we are just so happy with our yard. It was a huge project and LOVE LOVE LOVE IT.
Creative Paradise transformed our all dirt backyard into a beautiful outdoor oasis. It was a pleasant experience for us from beginning to end. The landscape designer was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She carefully considered every aspect of our “wish list” (and budget constraints) and presented us with an amazing design that captured everything we desired – built-in bbq unit, large patio area, putting green and more - all within our budget! The construction team was equally great. Everything was well planned, well organized, and well executed. They started on time each day (2 ½ day project) and completed the day’s task without interruption. We were also very impressed with the clean-up when the job was completed. Once they left it was hard to tell they were ever there – except for the backyard masterpiece they left us. Thank you, Creative Paradise. Great job!!!
They are working on a house in our neighborhood and have completely taken over the entire street. It is difficult to even get one car through safely. They have trucks on both sides of the road and tools spread everywhere. They show no respect for the neighbors. I attempted to call the company to speak with them about it, but after several hours, I still have not gotten a return call.
Creative Paradise was recommended by a neighbor when we moved into our new house. From our first contact they were very professional, prompt in returning phone calls. The designer listened to our wishes and gave us several options to choose from to fit our budget. They did a beautiful job and the entire job took only 2 days. We love our new backyard! And we've called them a couple times since to ask about how to care for our plants and they've been very helpful. I would highly recommend Creative Paradise!
