My unit quit on a Friday night in 100-degree weather. Freddy came at 9 p.m. and tried to get my unit running to get me through the weekend. This did not work so he brought me a portable cooler on Saturday. New unit was installed the following Monday and it took Freddy and Shane less than 2 hours. They were efficient,, professional and prompt. The crane operator was friendly and did a good job also. Later on the day of installation I had a couple questions and Freddy returned my call promptly and answered my questions.

Professional. Prompt. Informative. We really appreciate the dedicated team at Ellsworth. We had a pretty major A/C issue that required some extensive troubleshooting. Clint and team kept us informed on what they were doing and why, showing us real time testing as well as the pieces that clearly needed replacement. The staff was great and went above and beyond during one of the busiest times of the year to get us up and running. I'd highly reccomend Ellsworth. This type of personalized service is rare these days - I'd suggest you call today if you think you need A/C service, these guys do an amazing job!

All I can say is Wow! Freddy and Shane the technicians went out of there way. Our new air conditioner was up and running in less than 2 hours. The crew was professional. I can tell customers are number one. Their genuine concern for doing a great job and explaining along the way was greatly appreciated. I also need to thank Don. I felt his trustworthiness and genuine concern for family. After the unit was put up he came by just to check. Just as the picture shows on your website the hands protecting and supporting the house.

Small company with Impressive installation team and customer service rep Stacy. The owner took the time to explain some issues prior to pulling the trigger on a new AC install quote. Being local, I saw pride in ownership wrt professionalism and a detailed install with a final checklist. The quote they provide may not appear as articulate as a competitors quote but Stacy walked through all the questions I had, made notes, and ensured they provided same install features / components and even explained what they would not do wrt attic access and drywall. Larger companies have a template quote system that makes it appear you are getting more so it pays to have a chat with Ellsworth before purchasing hvac system. Bottom line - I would recommend. Punctual, honest and professional.

Clint and Stacy pulled off what was deemed a miracle during a pandemic and a record setting heat wave to find needed parts for our HVAC. And Freddy stayed on top of the repair on a Friday evening before a major holiday weekend no less. Great team at Ellsworth; they are genuinely working for and concerned about their customers.
