Just wanted to leave a huge thank you for Matt. I forgot a pretty expensive personal item in the store and he promptly found and returned it to me. Nothing better than honest and helpful employees. Also managed to find basically the first piece of clothing from a Goodwill that i actually liked. Winning location all around. Thanks again, Matt!

Shoe prices are a JOKE!!! Someone please give that guy another job. Plenty of decent shoes, but not worth 60!! Not even worth it on half off day.

...I've shopped many years at Goodwill, meeting the needs of family and home....I wonder what's with the AZ Goodwills'?...dressing room doors filthy, unsanitary, floors dirty, covered with dust bunnies...strong room fragrance does not cover up DIRT....at least this Goodwill had the sizes designated and separate...thank you...I straightened the colors and shoe rack as I shopped..hung my clothes on hangers straight and back on rack for floor...I hope these issues ate addressed...thank you.

This store didn't take off 50% on a blue tagged item. I was on the phone while she rang me up. Very frustrated. I called the store to let them know and have to go back to get my credit. I don't plan on shopping there again.

A good selection of things! Friendly staff. Could use a little TLC inside. Always a great place to go when you need some dress clothes

This was my first trip back to Goodwill in about 1 year, and was I in for a big surprise. I don't know if Goodwill corporate thinks they are a retail store or even cares or knows about pricing items. I was looking for a shirt for work and found a nice Under Armour polo shirt but GEEZ 17.99 was the price for it, uh no thanks way to much for a USED item. You can go to Ross or Marshalls and pay 19.99- 25.99 for a brand new one. I thought stores like Goodwill are not only there to create jobs for people but also provide great pricing for those less fortunate or people on a budget. Goodwill, how can you price something so high when everything is donated, meaning it was given to Goodwill for FREE! Not only that but this organization is "non-profit" which means less they pay less taxes if any at all. I understand that you have to pay employees, pay rent for the building and other expenses, but come on Goodwill there has to a way to have low prices and still be able to turn a small profit. Or maybe how about not paying the CEO more than 2 million a year! Goodwill earned more than 1 BILLION dollars last year in revenue (yes billion with a b) but yet they sell used clothing for a profit and pay their employees less than minimum wage and this is an acceptable practice for a "non-profit" organization? I will no longer donate or shop at any Goodwill until the corporate greed is done, I won't hold my breath on that one though. Do yourself a favor and find local thrift stores that actually do some good in the community and actually want to help people as employees or the less fortunate and not want to line their pockets at the expense of others.

I'm a big thrift store shopper. Why pay new when used will do? Lots and lots of lots of clothing and related at this Goodwill, if that's what you are looking for. There are a few aisles of kitchenware, electronics, some furniture, holiday decor, etc. but it is disorganized, items are piled on top of each other, the aisles are narrow so it was hard to 'dig' through the selections with other people and carts filling the space. I found a few treasures, and the price was right, so it's a good place to shop regularly when the need arises. I think, if it had been more organized and spacious, it would have been a better experience and I may have purchased more stuff.
