Incredibly friendly, we could not have been happier with Colby and Michele! They were there every step of the way and made themselves available whenever we needed them. We purchased a new construction home from out of state and they went above and beyond in ensuring everything was taken care of when we couldn’t be present. During the final inspection they were extremely knowledgeable in knowing what to look for and were diligent in indicating minor details that needed to be corrected. Even after the sale was completed the continued to reach out to ensure we had everything we needed and were ready to recommend contacts for any home services we may need. Could not imagine doing this without them. We will definitely refer them to friends and family and will for sure remain in contact with them.
