I had to get some blood work done but I was only going to do it if it was covered by my insurance she said it was completely covered but guess who gets a bill in the mail for 300 I have just moved into my first apartment and this was the beginning of the pandemic my roommate had lost their job and yet I still had to fucking pay them off I guess the same day I had my blood taken I had made a follow up appointment. anyways, a week later I get my results and they just tell me I can’t process folate I have no idea what that means and they gave me two prescriptions totaling at 100 biweekly. Then I get a bill in the mail for a 60 late fee and the only reason I didn’t show up is because I wasn’t going to let them steal my money anymore and now there’s no one I can even fucking talk to because I guess they’re just not in business? Sarah Allen is a SHIT con artist bitch who pretends to care about people’s financial and emotional well-being.

I found an ad in my Facebook page. Harmony offers a total physical that includes, allergy testing. Covid antibodies, eeg, ekg, skin cancer screening, ultrasounds of throat, liver, kidneys, and the most goes on and in. All compacted in a two hour visit. Blood work is extremely extensive. The staff is very nice and my visit as on time. After, Harmony sends a "book" of all the results with a ton of details and information. After the results are gathered, a Doctor speaks with you over the phone and goes over all the specifics. With insurance, we had zero co-pay. But they guarantee you wont have a co-pay over 40 total. And if you do, take the bill to the office and they cover it. I've never had such a detailed, one stop physical in my life and I've worked in the medical field. I have included pictures of the "book" that is a compilation of my results.

I am beyond sad about this practice. I have been going here for about 4 years now. How can a medical provider shut its doors w/o communication to its patients? How do these patients get their med records, prescription refills, etc? They stated originally they were moving locations, which I am to assume is a lie given the fact no communication has been sent out of any new location and changes. Now the main line is completely shut down, the billing dept's mailbox is full. Now patients have no way of obtain their records, because we were under the impression they were JUST MOVING. I rec'd a threatening letter stating they were going to push a bill to collections but no information on what the balance is for. I have been trying to call over and over and over and no return phone call to the many voicemails I have left. And now that's not even an option. I need answers of what I owe and heaven forbid, if this does go to a collections agency, I will raise HELL. Since the last of August, this has been a communication issue of dead lines and no call back from this provider. After being a satisfied customer for 4 years and now being treated this way....its so very discouraging. They are not for what's best for the people. Very selfish to treat paying customers this way. After all of this, I would never recommend. Which is sad, because at the beginning of the year I recommended 4 different people and they utilized this office. Now they are in the same boat as I am....Wish there was a board to report to.

Don't believe the signs or the message you get when calling, they are NOT moving to a new location, they are permanently closed. Got a letter from my insurance company stating that they will no longer be taking my insurance and I was given a new PCP, called numerous times and left a voicemail trying to get my records sent to new PCP, got a phone call from some lady today and she confirmed that they are closed, but the Dr. is opening a new practice in east Mesa under a different name.

Talked me into whole body assessment even advised me they contacted my insurance company and was told it was covered completely. Then months later get a bill for over 1200. I reached out to them and they advised they would look into it and get back with me. That was approximately 6-8 weeks ago.

unbelievable. per dr. they needed to see her before authorizing refills for heart medicine. had appt then get call they need to resched because dr. lavin moving locations and not w/ clinic 24 anymore.. schedule 2 weeks later. i advised them the importance of this appointment because she will be completely out of her medicine the day before this appointment. they tell me no problem and i will get email with new address and no phone number. go figure. no email and no further contact from them. call the day before only to find out clinic didn't move.. it closed down. i have never been so disappointed or disgusted in a medical professional.

They are closing mobile allergy division and moving—without communicating to patients. Am waiting for serum and allergy treatment follow up. Suddenly they are not taking appointments for two weeks. Called several times for six days before call returned. Can’t believe they just drop patients in this manner if they intend to stay in business. Feels like a scam.
