My parents have been doing there taxes with Jackson Hewitt for the last few years with the very same woman, her name is Joanne and let me just say she was extremely helpful, she was super friendly, hilarious!! She was fast and made my first time filing a great experience, she got me the maximum amount back for my refund.. I honestly was so confused before stepping foot into Jackson Hewitt, until Joanne I had no clue what in the world any of anything regarding taxes even meant. She had multiple ways to explain things to break every tiny thing down for me so I fully understood everything! She saw me without an appointment and stayed past the time they are even open to continue finishing up with my taxes and helping to assist me.. she was amazing all the way around and I look forward to continuing to file with her year after year. I'm saying from personal experience! Jackson Hewitt is a great company to do your taxes with, and if your a first timer, go see Joanne Martin!! I loved my experience with her and I'm just strongly advising anyone who needs to file still to go here! I not only got a great refund, but she helped me be able to claim stimulus money I had not received and without her help and knowledge I would not have ever known I was able to have any access to that money. Again she was amazing and I hope her bosses see this because you guys have one hell of an employee on your hands and don't ever let her go! ️

Beatriz and Maria were awesome! They made the experience fun! I actually brought my husband back to have his taxes done a few days afterwards since we file separately. I will definitely keep using Jackson Hewitt. I got way more money than I thought I would get and the staff was amazing and fast! Great job ladies! I’ll keep referring your store!
