This facility does not deserve any stars and should be shut down due to their abusive staff. Management will not take proper action in these abusive incidents and will only back up their staff. A childcare center worker should not be able to hurt children physically or emotionally and get away with it. It is disgusting that a staff member accused a parent of being illegal and therefore not be able to take legal action, after the parent witnessed his child being violently shaken by a teacher. This is a horrible facility that provides a dangerous environment for children, and I hope that the staff is punished for their unethical and disgusting behavior. Please take away their license!!!! In response to the owner, this is not fake account to cause harm to your business. I am glad action was taken toward that employee and his or her actions. I was simply informed by parent of what happened and this is what reviews are for. I am glad that my complaint with health services was reviewed.
