He typically picks up the phone or gets right back to me which is a wonderful customer service attribute. In addition, he is knowledgeable in his field and very patient with me when reviewing tax returns and our financial records. I was once in a time crunch for some important numbers and Earl adjusted his schedule at the last minute and worked well past their closing time to help me.
