Wow haven't been in a Michael's for few years. It has certainly changed and not for the better. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I'd rate them 5 stars if I could.

Best place when starting out as an artist deals on website percentage off also discounts when you submit email. The bracelet measurer used to create my masterpieces was purchased from Michaels also I buy my stamps and ink from them as well

I love using the in store pick up option so that I don't have to hunt for the items I'm looking for. The staff is always so friendly. It's really convenient to get in and out. If you're a crafter, Michaels is a must go place. During the Christmas season, I haven't been able to stay away. Thankful that Michaels has convenient options for shopping!
Good selection of yarns...could be a bit more clarity in the aisle though. Was a bit confusing when you're crocheting for 1st time. Great selection of picture frames as well. Love shopping at Michaels
