We have used PDQ Mechanical for our annual A/C & Heating maintenance for over 15 years. Their service is impeccable, the technicians topnotch and great value for your money. As so often happens, our A/C began misbehaving on a Friday night. I called PDQ and talked to their answering service and within 30 minutes I had a callback from PDQ. I thought...we have two A/C's, so we could suffer through the weekend to save some so I was happy to schedule out for the following weekend to avoid high weekend costs. I was so surprised when I was scheduled for the next day at no outrageous weekend fee. Ben came out yesterday and within 5 minutes had diagnosed the problem and it was fixed within 30 minutes! To make it even better, at such an unexpected low cost, I was amazed! I highly recommend PDQ Mechanical ; I look forward to our continued partnership! Thanks PDQ!

I got in touch with PDQ through Trane website as their dealer and was impressed by their simple, direct, no-frills solutions. The owner Jeff Parks came in himself to give me an estimate. There was no attempt to upsell or pressure. The estimate was very honest, clear and reasonable and I did not need to look for a second estimate. The staff who came in for installation on the due date was friendly and professional. There was no interruption or intrusion on my work and all the three units were installed in three consecutive days in a very professional manner. The warranty documents came in next day without asking. PDQ did not ask for any advance payments and the entire invoice amount was paid after installation. I am very happy and satisfied with the quality and pricing they provided. I would surely depend upon them on my future HVAC needs.

Our AC went out on a Saturday in the middle of July... I called and they answered right away. The tech, Chase, was at our house within two hours. He was super personable and didn't try to up-sell us anything. The full cost for the fix was just a little over 200. The whole experience was a 5 out of 5: super responsive, a knowledgeable tech with wonderful customer service, and a very reasonable price. I'll be recommending this company to all of my family and friends!
