Gilbert Pediatrics was referred to me back in 2013. Since, I've had both of my kids exclusively with this practice and wouldn't have them anywhere else! I love this place, the doctors and nurses are absolute saints. I love my doc's real life advice and not just what you want to hear. Thankful for Gilbert Pediatrics

I'll try to be as honest as I can with the good and the bad. The Good: Dr. Jacks is phenomenal. Not only is he a great doctor, but he's emotionally invested in our children's care. He does a great job listening to my wife and ensuring our concerns are met. We trust him and are grateful for his good will. This is a good office. The Bad: The building itself doesn't really reflect the care as much as we'd like. It's old. You kind of feel like you're stepping back into 1995 when you go in for visits. Old wallpaper. The rooms feel a bit gloomy without windows. The beds and books seem like they've been there forever. It just feels old. I think updating the facility would go a long way for Gilbert Pediatrics. It would better represent how good the care is and communicate more professionality. Not to mention if they solicited Google reviews from all of their patients, they'd probably see their score improve significantly.

My wife and I have taken both our children to Gilbert Pediatrics since their birth including check ups, immunizations, and after hours twilight pediatrics and had decent service depending on the doctors. I called today with some questions and ultimately requested a call back from a nurse. I was informed that we had been “dismissed” as patients and they wouldn’t be able to care for my children anymore. I was very surprised and asked why. She transferred me to “billing” and the woman who answered confirmed we had paid a bill late in February and that all dismissals are final. I spoke to my wife about it and she said she had received a call from Gilbert Pediatrics in February notifying us of an outstanding bill that we were unaware of and she paid it immediately over the phone on that call. The person in billing told my wife paying the bill would avoid dismissal. Well apparently they dismissed us anyways. I’ve got good insurance and I’m always willing to pay upfront for any services. I can’t believe they dropped us over a missed bill. I guess business is booming if they are refusing to serve customers over a late bill. This seems pretty unreasonable to me and feels like a pretty uncaring business practice.

We've been using Gilbert Pediatrics for about four years. Both of my kids love it here and I hope to never have to leave this practice. They always have last minute availability either during regular hours or Twilight Peds. I've seen multiple providers here and they've always listened to me and never made me feel like I was being talked down.

We met Dr. Jacks for the first time this week. He was AMAZING with our 2 year old! We moved here from NV and loved our pediatrician there. We are happy to report Dr. Jacks has filled his shoes. He gave us his time and LISTENED, but most importantly I appreciated the way he talked with our daughter and approached her. Their interaction was sweet & she was talking about him the rest of the day. He’s down to earth, kind, and very knowledgeable. The staff was wonderful in the front and the nurse was awesome when she gave our 2 year old shots. She didn’t even cry & she had BOTH arms done. Great office, great people. So glad we found them.
