I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews, but this one seemed needed. I made an appointment with Phoenix Patio Systems for Thursday the 21st of MAR. I received a call the day of, saying that the sales person would not be able to make the call. No reason was given, no explanation, and no reschedule. I asked when I would hear back about a reschedule and the person on the phone said she couldn’t tell me. Essentially they just didn’t have the time or didn’t want my business. This honestly is really unprofessional and bad business. At least have the courtesy to say why you can’t make it, and offer a date to reschedule.
