I stayed here two days for a business trip and the accommodations were wonderful. I had all of my needs met, my questions were answered, and the young girl at the front desk was friendly and quite accommodating (although I forgot her name) I would certainly recommend this place again.

This is probably the worst Residence Inn that I have EVER stayed in. Not only was the room not ready at 3PM as promised, but the room was FILTHY when we checked in. Especially the pull out couch! It was covered in hair, stains and full of crumbs. In a time of COVID where everything is supposed to be "extra" clean, it seems the housekeeping staff is cutting corners and not actually cleaning everything between guests. I can only imagine what other unseen things weren't clean. When I called down to the front desk to ask to move rooms, we were offered a lousy 50 room credit because there were no other rooms available to move to. We did the best we could to cover up the couch with sheets so we could actually use it. Breakfast in the morning is a complete JOKE! You can barely call that breakfast. Ziploc baggies of cereal, a muffin and some juice. I understand that it's "COVID" but SO much more can be offered. Other hotels do it! Hilton offers a full hot breakfast!

Excellent hotel. Great water pressure in the showers. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly also. Would definitely go out of my way to stay here again.

Mandy, the front desk manager is simply amazing! She was always there to answer our questions, help us with our bill, and catered to all of our needs with a smile on her face. She made us feel like guests, not dollar signs. I don’t usually receive this kind of customer service at other Marriotts I have stayed with in the past, and I was blown away. The room was nice, great location, but really I will always choose the residence inn in Gilbert thanks to Mandy.

This was our first visit to the Residence Inn, likely our last. The front staff wasn't the least bit friendly. Unfortunetly, I forgot my tooth brush, I used the chat feature on the app to get one sent up to the room- after 20 minutes of 'we'll be with you shortly', I called the front desk and a tooth brush was delivered within 30 minutes along with an apology of not being able to find tooth past. 2 1/2 hours after my initial request with the chat through the app, we received a message indicating that someone would be up- it was 10:15PM, a knock on the door and the toothbrush was left in the hall. When inquiring about the 'free breakfast', it seemed as though we were bothering the employees at the desk. Then, when we were given a piece of paper to select a bagged breakfast, the food was cold- not the best way to leave the hotel. For the price of the room, it would be great if there was food service, or even some customer service from the staff.

We have been staying here while our kitchen is being renovated due to flooding in our house, and the hotel has been slow on assisting us with things. We have been here about a week, today is Friday, and insurance advised we would be here until at least this coming Monday. The hotel "expected" that we wouldn't be staying another night and decided to book out our hotel to someone else tonight and is rushing us to get out today. We have 2 toddlers here right now and a cat, and had been planning on staying here up to 45 days and were not expecting to be kicked out of our room. We were advised this morning at 11 after we had made a service call to the front desk that we would need to be checked out by 12:30, which is completely unreasonable. We are just getting our last load ready to go down to the car at 2:15 when the manager calls up to check if were staying another night or what because they need someone to come up and clean, almost as if we had the choice to stay another night but regardless our insurance has already booked us at another hotel. Would not recommend, the service is awful.
