Came in to grab an Impact driver. Bought one and realized there was no driver in the box, came back to get the drill and they believe it was stolen prior to my purchase(they weren't able to find it). They found another comparable drill and gave it to me at no extra charge. Great customer service! The cashier, to the floor associate to the manager all were very kind and helpful.

The gorgeous blonde cashier held a pizza peel for me. This completed the last thing I needed for pizza Friday. Absolutely love this store and glad they close to home.
Decent prices, have mostly anything I could need for a quick fix or smaller projects, I bought a garden cart & was able to return it for a wheelbarrow within a week after realizing it wasn't the right tool for the job. No hassles. Excellent staff is knowledgeable and kind. Barefoot friendly.
This is a very nice Ace hardware a lot bigger than some of the others I've been to!!! Elias was great help directing me through the store and seems very knowledgeable in the plumbing department.

Recently moved to the area and spent a small fortune at Lowe’s and Depot. Both with poor customer service. After making my way to this ACE I have been coming here ever since and will always check here fist. So far nothing has disappointed. They also carry a large amount of BBQ supplies for anyone smoking meat.
The service was fine. They did not carry what I was looking for but tried to help.
Immediately dropped the mask mandate inside their business. We won’t be shopping here again, they clearly don’t understand putting customer safety first and will just follow the guidance of an idiot. Edit: In reply; follow the advice of the CDC and scientists. The virus doesn’t care about politics or politicians. The “win” is to do what you can to stop your employees and customers catching Covid-19.
