I called to just get some info about a simple vinyl piece I needed to install my awning myself and the gentleman told me he would not sell me the piece but I could bring my awning to him for him to do it. He told me the trouble I was having in finding said piece was because he had the only one in the country so it was a take it or leave it deal. I feel it’s poor business and terrible customer service to withhold a simple part from a DIY customer. I understand he’s in the business to make money on labor but there is also money to be made in selling a part without having to do the labor.

Holy smokes. 10 stars out of five. They came to my house. Installed my Vinyl awning in less than 30 minutes. As of now, flawless and works perfectly. If you don’t go with RV Awning Company of AZ, you will regret your decision! My 19 foot Dune Awning came in under 550 bucks!!!!! Yeah. Use this company. Stop your google searching here and call them ASAP!

Where do I start? I only post reviews when I feel it morally necessary. Positive or Negative. This one is negative... I called Chester and got a quote from him on the phone. I told him my model, and the size of the 2 awnings that needed the fabric replaced and the LED lights in the rollers needed replacing. He quoted me a price that he said he would send a quote to my email. I said great. I never received the actual quote. About 3 weeks later they came out and did them when I was not home. When I got home, one awning had scallops and the other did not. The led's were not replaced and one of the awnings had a seam in the middle of it! I was amazed. Jeff called and said he would come out and fix them. About a month goes by and they said they were ready to come out and fix. They came out and told me that Chester had not included the LEDS and that would be about another 600! I said there is no negotiation here and I am not paying more for this mess! He did agree to do them, but what I got back was blue lights in one and rainbow lights in the other! After 2 days of use, the rainbow ones stopped working. I have attached why and have also attached the pathetic repair. I was home and told Jeff specifically not to leave until I inspect the finished work. He snuck out and you can see what I am left with. These guys are pathetic! DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY PRICE! DO NOT CALL ME! YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED.

It looks perfect with the unit. I am so happy with the work and am looking forward to actually getting to try the new electric awning out!

Called and talked with Chester a few days ago. He is very easy to work with. He arrived early and in a little over one hour the new awning was up. I am a very happy customer. Good job Chester.

Very disappointed. Placed an order for a replacement awning in early June and still had not arrived by September. No one could answer my questions other than the owner Chester and had absolutely no communication from RV Awning unless I initiated the call. I can not recommend this business for anyone needing a quality service experience.
