Going on 3 years. I love living here. Price is great, very quiet. Close to shopping centers and not far from the freeways. Maintenance team is awesome and try to be quick. Even through Covid. My BIG Suggestion to management is, PLEASE implement a better form of communication. The only way ALL notices go out is via Paper notice on your door or ONLY in the parking lot. It 2020 Guys, Can you at least email us when you need our cooperation? Thats all. Everything else is awesome. Thanks!

My husband and I lived here for 3 years and dealt with a progressively worse roach problem. We would have moved much sooner, but you can’t beat the price. In the last year, we had giant sewer roaches come out every night and would find them in our bathtub, kitchen, and for awhile in our bedroom. We called the office multiple times, and they just told us to keep the drains plugged. We did this religiously, and the roaches still kept showing up. We kept telling the office this, but they just kept telling us the same thing and suggesting we get on the monthly “spray” list. Turns out the roaches were coming through and hole behind our ceiling fan in our BEDROOM. The roaches were so bad in our unit that the exterminator asked us when our lease was up and suggested we transfer. It was so gross. We would find roach poop on our counters and roaches ended up in our bed a few times. It was a horrible experience and I wish we had moved out sooner.
I have lived there for a year and they have been wonderful. I let them know when I'm going to be out of town and they keep a check on my place for me. My vehicle was hit while parked and unoccupied buy another person living in the apartment building and they were able to locate that person so I could get my vehicle fixed not many apartment complexes take care of you this way. anytime something goes haywire in my apartment there right there to fix it it's clean it's affordable the people in the office are wonderful. but you see if you're nice to people people will be nice to you and that's the key to getting along in this world. Sign my lease for another year
