We were referred to San Tan Perinatal by our OBGYN and I am glad they did. Dr. Lee is great, she understands and covers all your concerns. She explains everything and tells you exactly what to expect. All Staff are friendly. Office always clean. No issues with billing, everything is explained. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff for making my experience great and comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

Dr Lee is so wonderful but their billing is a nightmare! They sent us a huge bill ONE YEAR after the appointment and when we called to inquire they said my insurance only paid them a year later. I called my insurance and they told me they had paid the claim a year ago, 2 days after the appointment. I called Dr Lee’s billing staff to address the lie and they just said “oh ya our billing isn’t on site so we can’t really manage that!”

I loved it here! I didn’t like my original doctors office much, but they called and sent me here on the day I was scheduled to have an ultrasound. The receptionist is very on top of things and friendly, everyone I met was really nice, and they were so fast and effective without trying to rush through things. I wish I hadn’t moved so I could stay there for my pregnancy!

The lady running their billing has no business holding her position. I'm not the first person to leave a review stating this. We arrived early as instructed so that our insurance could be verified and paperwork could be filled out. The lady confirmed our insurance was accepted and they were in network after researching for several minutes. Turns out, they are not. We received a bill for 1,611 for one visit. When I called to see if they would be willing to work with me on this, the billing lady became very rude and unapologetic. Stating over and over it was my responsibility to verify benefits. Excuse me? What was the propose of us arriving early to verify benefits? Why look me and my wife in the face and tell us that we were covered if you had no idea or were unsure? I asked that she own part of this since we took her at her word, she refused stating over and over it was my responsibility. Dr Lee was a pleasure to speak to, I'll be going there personally to discuss how information from billing was false and how I was treated. I'm not even looking for a free pass here, just some help. To have the lady in billing wash her hands of all mistakes and responsibility regarding this is really a slap in the face. Whoops, I looked at your card wrong, please pay the 1,611.

For my first pregnancy, I was very concerned about the entire process and I was a “bit” high maintenance. Dr. Lee was an absolute breath of fresh air! She made the entire journey so much easier and manageable! I always felt very taken care of, my questions answered, and my concerns diminished. I was almost disappointed when it was time for my baby to arrive, because it meant we wouldn’t get to see her anymore. Now that I am pregnant again, and I have a condition that needs monitoring again, I am excited to know we will be in great hands with Dr. Lee! After reading some of the comments on here, I am not able to confirm the same experience.... I never once had an issue with any of the staff, or the billing. Something to keep in mind though, you are seeing a specialist, which does tend to be a little more, but so worth it! Also, the entire experience of having a baby is an insurance and billing nightmare; I’m not sure I know anyone who didn’t have some issue with billing at one point throughout their pregnancy, I mean, there are SO many different medical providers/facilities involved!
