It's Christmas eve, it is cold and we ran out of wood. I stopped to get 2 boxes of wood. I was waiting in line for the ONE cashier they have open. A man approached me and asked for my mask. I said I have a medical condition. He said I had to wear one and he went to get me one and told me I had to wear it in order to shop there. I'll never go back to this store again. I am telling all my friends and family to do the same. You lost my business!

It had been a major, very positive surprise. A pretty wide selection. I was looking for bakery tools and supplies and I have found items, like food handling gloves or paper sample cups that are not so easy to find or you have to buy them in large quantities. If you are looking for reasonably good quality food and items at a reasonable price this is the right place. Sale associates were nice and quick.
Great community store. The staff is friendly and welcoming every time I am so happy shopping here.
Smart & Final was so organized with helpful people, I went n and out n no time! Customer service really saved me loads of time in my journey. Their produce was like fresh off the vine!! Wonderful experience! Wish I lived closer.
The prices are not great and they hardly have more then one register open so dont go here if you want to get in and out quick. plan on 10 minutes in line. Lots of people buying large amounts for their small business and it slows down the checkout process. It's the closest store to my work so I'm stuck going here sometimes. Here we go again, 4 people in only line open and not a cashier in sight. Went to look for gloves today. They are finally back in stock but price has jumped from. 14.99 to 34.99. No thanks. That's a 142% increase. Just absurd
Nice Store to shop at. Clean, displays are excellent. I like the wide isles. Check out is fairly fast, and easy. I would recommend this Gilbert store to friend's, and family!
The employees at this location (Guadalupe & Gilbert) are always so friendly. Tim has helped me numerous times and is always polite and welcoming. The cashier's are always smiling and courteous. Love shopping here.
Smart & Final Extra is always good!!! No one can go in and come out empty handed!!! Usually the line for the cashier is not long, but for some reason this visit it was...one cashier! But it was worth the wait,...I got to see my favorite...Rochelle
