The service team is amazing here! From the service advisor to the technicians. Fast service, even with added repairs. Polite and courteous all around.

The salesman, Calvin, and the young lady, Maria, that handled the financial portion and paperwork, were absolutely awesome!! I purchased a 2017 certified pre-owned Escape. The Saturday I bought it, it was very bright and sunny. I didn't notice there was some sort of film on the paint. I took the vehicle back over and the detailers cleaned it off right away and also touched up a small chip in the paint. Excellent customer service all around!!!! Thank you!

Had a great experience at this dealership. The salesman was the perfect example of who you want to deal with when buying a vehicle, not the typical example. Gilboy Ford also has those hard to find models and features you can't find at other dealerships. I drove over 2 hours to get the vehicle I wanted. Gilboy has always addressed my issues with all my Ford cars. The service department treats you right. It's a great mom and pop origination. I am a customer there because I prefer to deal with an origination like them instead of dealing with the nation wide places or a place that owns multiple dealerships.
