Gildar & Associates seems to be quite the shady business. My son was seen very briefly by Enid and I had several concerns. Firstly after my son's initial speech observation I was never provided with the report. I asked several times and was told it would be sent home with him; never received it. My son was seen at his school location so when I called to make the payment for his services, I was advised that the office only takes cash or check. This made me feel uncomfortable with the validity of this office. I expressed my concerns with the secretary and she had Enid call me back. Enid called me back and I told her I was uncomfortable with the office and wanted to stop services as of March. I also received emails stating they would need payment before any future speech appointments. These emails were disregarded because I had already advised Enid that I no longer wanted her services. A few months later I received a bill for appointments with a span of March to May. When I called to clarify this bill Enid claimed that she continued to see my son even asked her not to because she did not recall me telling her to stop services. When I mentioned the emails from her secretary she stated she did the services as a courteously, thinking I would pay later. Now she has sent this bogus bill to a collections account!!! Very shady business BEWARE! *** I have no knowledge of these sessions taking place. As I stated I specifically told Enid to STOP the therapy. There was one bill and I called to the office, I was told on the call that the May appointment never happened and that she supposedly did the other sessions. Either way per the secretary’s email, there was no payments and there shouldn’t have been any continued sessions regardless. Also after this fiasco she sent this directly into a collections account that is for sure in disputue. If you deal with this office, be sure to maintain all correspondence. Thankfully I have!

Mrs. Gildar has been a tremendous help with our daughter who started therapy when she was two because she wasn't talking. Within a year, she made great progress. She now has a vocabulary of a few hundred words and can put a few words together. Mrs. Gildar also taught us how to deal with some of her misbehavior which sometimes occurred when she got frustrated. Overall we are very pleased with her services.

mala experiencia, al llamar al telefono me salio una senora q me dijo que alli no hablaban espanol y me colgo sin dejar que yo le contestara. volvi a llamar y le dije q no me habia dejado terminar de hablar y me dijo bien brava que alli nadie hablaba espanol y me volvio a colgar. Parece que no necesitan pasientes.
