Car went in for an engine replacement called me 5 times to get payment up front, told me it would be a few days, it took in total over a week and a half I would try and contact most days to ask about it and would hear nothing back!! Communication has been awful! When I spoke to the owner to complain he just tried to talk over me and put the phone down on me! When the car came back the engine management light was still on!! For such I high value job you would actually think they would do the job properly and value there customers. Also opening hours are a complete lie!! AVOID THIS GARAGE!!

I can only write a review based on my own experience and I found Scott to be a god send. Having a car that had warning lights flash like a Christmas tree then not start at all Scott came out to me with 15 minutes of calling him and towed my car back to the garage and within 5 hours I had my car back in full working order!! Not only is Scott polite but I would also like to believe genuine, what other garages show you the parts replaced and take the time to show you what will be required in the future instead of insisting that they need doing now. Yes I can understand one of the reviews regarding the card machine however in regards to the workmanship and service I can not fault them.
Worst MOT testing station I have been. First, all testing took almost two hours, tester just kept talking to others. Second, my car failed MOT because of missing engine undertray. By Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency, missing engine undertray is not a MOT Fail, what was approved by other testing stations!
This garage helped me out so much! They were so friendly and polite. My clutch went at 9pm Tuesday night and the AA dropped me off here at the garage for it to be seen in the morning. By 3 on Wednesday the parts had been ordered and the car was back on the road. The most amazing part was he drove my car back to my home address for me as I was at work! Excellent service and I’ve already booked back in with him to get my air con re-gassed. Very reasonable priced and very quick service! Thank you again :) Jamie-lee
AA took me here. Reasonably priced for new alternator. Van working normal again but what put me off never to go back is that their card machine was down which I didn't get told before the work was carried out and has been for 2 weeks even so if that down they should have been able to taken my card payment manually by computer but apparently they don't have that software. Boss was not helpful kept asking can I provide the funds for work "yea I can but can you provide normal payment equipment". In end had to transfer money in to a private bank account.
Don't go car got damage when worked on avoid at all costs
Excellent service. Very friendly , helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend.
Very good service, very friendly staff. Managed to fit me in for an MOT when everyone else was too busy.
