Brought a bed from bensons, took 8 weeks to come and one half of the divan was a different colour and style all together. Phoned up customer service and they couldn't care less ... took another 6 weeks to be corrected and even then one of the draws was broken.... never shop here!

Brought my grandson a single bed from here spent well over 1000 on it thinking I was buying a quality product in four years the frame has Broken and bensons claim it's not their fault and refuse to fix it.

Purchased a bed which arrived with no problems but had to pay another 59 to someone who was recommended at Benson . I also ordered two bedside cabinets & paid deposit & told would arrive in six weeks ,had phone call to say they were due for delivery in a week & could l pay the remainder of money ,at present they are on offer at buy one get one half price , when l asked customer services if that applied to me was told no .l think it should have been .

Waited 8 weeks for delivery only to get a unpackaged broken wardrobe with no packaging apart from shrink wrap. No boxing no packaging. After being told to contact the customer care team we were offered no compensation for this and told we now have to wait a further 8 weeks! Awful attempt at trying to resolve the issue offering no solution or compensation! Very expensive wardrobes delivered very poorly and terrible lead times and no customer care in sight! I would avoid using Bensons at cost!

I would not recommend buying a bed from this company. Whilst the salesmen was very helpful, the quality of the product when it arrived was extremely poor. The ottoman base was damaged, the mattress did not fit the base and was stained, the headboard was marked and there was frayed material all along the bottom of the base. When I called to complain the customer service was appalling. I would definitely suggest going elsewhere!
