Very poor hygiene BP !!!!!!!!!!!

Called in at 10pm on Sunday evening for some of their very expensive fuel. Put the nozzle in the tank. A lady came on the intercom and said 'you can't fill for 15 minutes, we're doing a staff handover'. Really! They close for 15 minutes to do a change of shift? Myself and a van driver were sent on our way. Good move, there is a lot cheaper Esso station a little further up the A2.

This is the most appalling petrol station you will ever have the misfortune of pulling into. It is a motorway petrol station yet they close at 10 pm for 30 mins for some \handover\ during which no petrol can be purchased. And the staff quite wierdly think this is something that drivers ought to be OK with this. A complete joke (if only it were). Fawlty Towers comes to mind.
