oh my goodness please avoid this company! I bought Air Source Heat Pumps from them. Had problems with some units going wrong within months of install and still under full warranty. I sought help to get replaced or repaired. As the distributor the Manufacturer told me to go back to them but they simply refused to help! If I could give them no stars I would. Girls in the office were great in truth but the man with the power to resolve put the phone down on me, When I rung back to ask for contact details of people at manufacturers he refused to help again. Happy to take our money for the order, ZERO help when we needed it. Buy from these at your peril ! regards a very unhappy past customer!
finally a distributor that can give you technical answers, Martin is always the first to call when i'm stuck and if he cant help he has a solution
