Excellent Naval Memorial as a poignant reminder for all the lives lost at sea in the two World War's;also memorial wall has all the names of those who sacrificed their lives for the freedoms we all enjoy today.Information on board.However the memorial gates are padlocked.Great views over Chatham from memorial as well as info throughout the Great Lines Park Area on the map referring to this Memorial and other useful sites around park area.Many footpaths leading up to the Memorial and going in different directions covering Chatham,Gillingham and surrounding areas.
