Needed to see a doctor today for antibiotics as had a reoccurring chest infection. It was my 1st visit to the walk-in centre and I found the two ladies on the reception very helpful, friendly and polite. Jewel Nielsen was one of the lovely ladies and the manager was the other lovely lady. Fortunatly I only had a 20minute wait on a sat aft. The doctor I saw was also very through with me and even prescribed an easier to swallow tablet. I am very grateful they were there to help me over a weekend. Thanks to u all. D.Hutchings

Don't go with a baby. My brother and sister in law were told they had a 2 hour wait for their 4 month old to be seen. At nearly 2 hours they were then told they had a further 1.5-2 hours. How are we meant to free up A&E?
