After a year of looking around for a mattress we were impressed with the knowledge of the staff at Dreams. Our sales person, Jamie, could not have been more patient and helpful which made our experience a pleasant one. Not once did we fell pressured to commit to anything, his only goal was to make sure our decision was the right one for us. We were even offered, more than once, a beverage while we waited. During a time of concern with Covid19 the store took the need for health, safety and social distancing very seriously. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
We visited dreams last month to find a new bed for ourselves. on entering Howard greeted us with a smile, he was very helpful and showed us all the different options available. We used the computerised sleep bed to find out ideal mattress and did not feel pressured Into buying anything. Social distancing maintained well throughout.
